  • Yes, sound baths are generally safe during pregnancy, though it always depends on both the practitioner and the individual. In our sessions, all sounds are played around you rather than on the body, we don’t place bowls or instruments directly on you, so you can relax and enjoy the experience comfortably. If you have any concerns, we always recommend checking in with your gp first.

  • Our sound baths are designed to be enjoyed lying down. We provide mats, cushions, bolsters, and blankets, but you’re very welcome to bring anything extra that helps you feel comfortable and fully at ease.

  • That’s absolutely fine and very common! During a sound bath, the frequencies help guide the brain into meditative states associated with deep rest, so drifting off naturally can happen. You’ll still receive the benefits, even while you sleep.

  • Sound baths are designed to be gentle, welcoming, and accessible to everyone, whether it’s your very first time or you’ve done many before. There’s nothing you need to do or know. Simply lie down comfortably, listen to the sounds, and allow yourself to relax.

    Many people actually find their first sound bath especially powerful because they come in with no expectations. Just arrive as you are, stay open, and let the sounds guide you.
